Welcome to Shiby, a company that began its journey as a small local community organisation focused on providing opportunities through educational courses, training and social activities to build thriving communities and enhance local services.
Very quickly, Shiby realised that relying on local authorities to provide funding and investment at a grassroots level was ineffective. To achieve its vision, thriving local businesses were needed to reinvest back into their communities.
Shiby therefore pursued a strategy of building a Management Committee of academics and entrepreneurs with wide-ranging expertise and experience to provide the services required to enable local businesses to thrive.
